They call it the Tapas Pairing, but I don’t think tapas is a fair description. When you say
tapas (right or wrong), I think of olives, feta, bites size meats, etc. Basically, simple finger type foods. At Creation however, they have reinvented the word. For R255, you can sit down to an amazing 8 course tapas pairing, with 8 wines!
Creation Wines can be found way up on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge in Hermanus. The area is just beautiful, so even the drive up is worth it!
Every mouthful was a delicious surprise and this pairing would make for a fabulous anniversary outing, birthday surprise or just a great day out!
If the Tapas Pairing is not for you, there is also a 3 Course Pairing Menu, a Cheese Pairing and a Charcuterie Pairing, a Creation Secret Pairing (pre-booking required), a Brunch Pairing, a Wine and Chocolate Pairing and a Non-Alcoholic Pairing.
